At Posh Palette NA, a division of MYSTI KRAFTN LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers love their fashion purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Process for Returning an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return authorization number and address where you can send the item.
- Ship Your Item: You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Receive Your Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the return address provided with your return authorization.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
